If you’re feeling an urge to take a break from the world and be by yourself, respect and obey that urge. Just be sure that you aren’t too irresponsible about it! Don’t drop off the face of the earth and leave people guessing — today, make sure you let people know where you are (both emotionally and physically). If you can’t tear yourself away from your obligations right now, perhaps you can make future plans for a fun solo activity or even a long weekend on your own.
